(The Real) Story Behind The Business Company

This site is dedicated to the countless business men and women out there who take themselves very seriously. You know the type - always on the phone talking about a “deal”, looking grumpy on the early morning express train, or weaving their shiny Mercedes through rush hour traffic. These are very serious people. They wear a expensive clothes to prove it.

When you ask them what they do for a living, buzzwords go flying: they talk of synergies, strategic visions, innovation, efficiencies, “maximizing value”, business operating systems, paradigm shifts, kaizen; the list goes on (did they mention they went to Harvard Business School?). You quickly realize they lack any descernible skill whatsoever and have never actually built anything. They do a lot of talking but never actually do.

This website is for you guys: take a breath and laugh a little. And to everyone else, even those with real jobs who do real work: let's make sure we don't take ourselves too seriously either. At the end of the day, we're all just human beings trying to figure things out in a wild and confusing world.
